Apple Devices – Self-Service

  1. On a Mac device, click the Gig ‘Em (Thumbs Up) button in the top right menu bar
  2. You will see a Support Hub Section open up

  1. Clicking Catalog will give a list of options including:
CategoryDescription
AllIncludes every application, tool, or resource in the Self-Service Hub.
ApplicationsDisplays all applications that are available to download.
Code MaroonHighlights the most popular applications and tools on campus.
PrintersAllows you to add printers to your device
Privileges AppAllows you to update or repair the Privileges app if you experience issues.
ScriptsRuns a network certificate reset to help fix common connection issues with TAMU_WiFi.
UpdatesHighlights the tool to manually check for application or OS updates.

For any of the software or printers you want to add to a device, click Install

note

For printers, we only add network printers that are used by the ENTIRE college
